After vehicle power train systems definition we carefully select the component from our partners. Together with our partners we are focused on vehicle traction control systems, motor controllers, battery management systems and auxiliary systems. Therefore the motors and batteries are selected from our sub-suppliers.
Currently we offer several different motor controllers in DC nominal voltage range from 48V to 72V and motor phase current range from 60, 120 and 150 Arms in continuous mode. However the developed hardware-software platform enables adaptation to customer specific needs.
Currently we offer BMS system for balancing up to 24 battery cells in serial connection. However the developed hardware-software platform enables adaptation to customer specific needs.
The prototype system for electric vehicle auxiliary loads is under development. This system with all protection and diagnostic functions can be described as CAN I/O node, where inputs are capable receiving 12V signals and outputs can drive high power loads. Due to the CAN communication the control of some auxiliary load can be done directly via user interface (touch screen), thus benefit of this system is in reduction of mechanical switches and wiring.
We are developing traction control system namely Torque Vectoring System with Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Automatic Traction Control (ATC) and Electronic Stability Program (ESP) subsystems for the battery electric and serial hybrid vehicles which have one motor per wheel (3/3, 2/4, 4/4, etc). The platform is customized for a specific vehicle and related drive train.
